I highly recommend Arby as a mortgage broker. He is extremely knowledgeable on how to apply for different types of loans as we did ours through the Veterans Affairs benefits. He is organized, follows through, gives updates on the latest interest trends, and maintains excellent communication every step of the way. He has always been very approachable and easy to talk to. He made himself available for questions even if it was after hours. He even was able to get our paperwork notarized during escrow when my husband and I were in different states!
